You are not buying a project.
You are buying engineering capacity.

Every month, a block of AI engineering hours on your own systems.

How it works

The problem

« Freeze the scope, sign, wait months. »

Sound familiar? That is traditional software development. It worked when technology moved slowly. In the age of AI, things have to change.

The solution

We propose a different approach: a block of hours that every month goes where it is needed. No contract gets reopened and no requirements have to be rewritten. You are not buying a project: you are buying engineering capacity, and you spend it month after month wherever you think it is most effective.

The format

You choose how many engineering hours to buy. More hours, more speed: the packages range from two days a week to more than one full-time engineer.

The ownership

Code, data and keys stay on your infrastructure. Every hour you buy settles into an asset of the company: if one day we stop, it keeps running on its own.

The real
alternative
is hiring someone.

It can be done. But it has to be compared in full, not only on the monthly cost.

You search for months, if you find them at all.

The team is ready: work starts in week one.

You pay them even when the roadmap is still.

You pay for the hours of the month, and you decide how many.

You pay for their learning hours, and they produce nothing.

Keeping up is our job, not a line in your budget.

If they leave, the systems walk out with them.

Code, documentation and keys stay on your infrastructure.

It is one person, with the skills of one person.

Behind us there is a team, plus the CTO as backup on critical cases.

What we build

We become a part of your team.

Custom AI agents

On any communication channel.

Document pipelines

Systems that analyse and draft quotes, contracts and reports.

ERP and CRM connections

Every application connects to your stack.

Knowledge base and RAG

Your documents, made queryable.

Full stack applications

From the backend to the interface.

Company Brain

Your whole company, made queryable.

Every day

We log every single hour. You can follow all of it from the dashboard we give you.

The three levels

CRUISE60~15 h / week
  • Two AI Engineers working in pairs
  • Daily reporting of the hours
  • Direct channel with the team, 9am to 5pm
  • Alignment call
  • ·Weekly strategy call
  • ·CTO backup on critical cases
MOMENTUM100~25 h / week
  • Two AI Engineers working in pairs
  • Daily reporting of the hours
  • Direct channel with the team, 9am to 5pm
  • Alignment call
  • Weekly strategy call
  • ·CTO backup on critical cases
OVERDRIVE180~45 h / week
  • Two AI Engineers working in pairs
  • Daily reporting of the hours
  • Direct channel with the team, 9am to 5pm
  • Alignment call
  • Weekly strategy call
  • CTO backup on critical cases

The hours you do not use roll over to the following month.

After the release

Once the systems are in production, we keep improving them.

An AI system is not a project that ends on release day. Models change every week, volumes change, the systems it is connected to get updated. With nobody looking after it, it stops working exactly when the company has got used to it.

Once development is done you move to a maintenance package. Two forms, depending on whether what you built only has to stay up or also has to grow.

Base maintenance

What you built stays up

  • Guaranteed uptime on everything in production
  • Updates to databases, APIs and models
  • One call a month and a report with the KPIs and the fixes
  • 72-hour SLA on issues

Maintenance and evolution

It stays up and keeps growing

  • Everything in the base package
  • 48-hour SLA on issues
  • 10 hours a month for new features

Frequently asked questions

It is an AI engineering department you do not have to hire. Every month you buy a block of hours from our engineers and you decide what we spend it on: building an internal tool, connecting the management system, maintaining what is already running. You do not buy a project described in a specification, you buy engineering capacity.

With a fixed quote the scope is set at signature, which is when you know least about the problem: everything you discover later becomes a variation to renegotiate. With a block of hours the priority is revisited every week, without reopening anything.

We work in monthly blocks of hours, not closed projects. The amount depends on the tier and we define it in a call once we understand the problem: the more hours you take, the less the hour costs. There is no minimum term and you change tier from one month to the next.

AI Engineers, meaning people who write code every day and who have already broken and rebuilt AI systems in production inside real companies. Two of them work as a pair on each project, so the skills cover each other and nobody gets stuck.

The first week goes on access, systems and putting the priorities in order. Over the next two the first build starts, in incremental releases rather than one block. By the fourth week the expected result is not a document but a first tool in production, on real data. From the following month you choose the tier, already knowing how we work, and you scale up or down when you need to.

That is the normal scenario. We work with your IT team to pick the workable route: read-only database access when the APIs cannot carry the load, or the APIs when they are usable.

The data stays on infrastructure inside European territory, in your company’s tenant and with your keys. The platform is model independent, so there is no lock-in to a single AI provider.

What we built stays yours and keeps working: it runs on your infrastructure, with your keys. It is not a service we can switch off.

The second best is now.
