1. Data controller

2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the sites you visit send to your browser, where they are stored and then sent back to those same sites on your next visit. They are used for several purposes, including enabling navigation and the use of site features, collecting statistical information and, subject to consent, profiling the user.
Some information is stored instead in the browser's local storage (localStorage). It is not sent to the server automatically but, for regulatory purposes, it is treated like cookies and is listed in the tables below marked "local storage".
3. Types of cookies used
3.1 Essential technical cookies (no consent required)
These cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work and cannot be switched off. They do not require consent under article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code. They include:

On pages that include the booking calendar, the provider Cal.com sets some technical cookies on its own cal.com domain that are needed for the calendar to work and to protect it from automated access: __cf_bm (30 minutes), __Secure-next-auth.csrf-token and __Secure-next-auth.callback-url (session).
3.2 Analytics cookies (subject to consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to collect statistical information about how users interact with the site. These cookies are only placed after the user has given consent through the cookie banner, using Google Consent Mode v2. Without consent, Google Analytics only receives cookieless signals with no identifiers, which cannot be used to recognise the user.

3.3 Marketing cookies (subject to consent)
Only if the user accepts marketing cookies, the site activates:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, for example by recording that a visit led to a booking, and to show relevant ads to people who have already visited the site;
- source tracking: the site remembers which campaign, link or external site the user came from the first and the most recent time, so that this information can be attached to requests sent through the forms and to bookings.

If consent is refused or withdrawn, the Pixel is not loaded or stops sending data, and the stored source information is deleted. For more information on how Meta processes data: Meta Privacy Policy.
3.4 Functional cookies (subject to consent)
The banner lets you give consent for this category too, but the site does not currently place any functional cookies. Should any be introduced, this policy will be updated before they are activated.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for placing cookies is:
- Essential technical cookies: the controller's legitimate interest in the correct functioning of the site (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Analytics, functional and marketing cookies: the data subject's consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given through the cookie banner.
5. How to manage and withdraw consent
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through:
- The cookie banner: on your first visit a banner is shown with the options "Accept all", "Reject" and "Customise".
- Cookie settings: you can change or withdraw your choices at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or .
